GENERAL RULES

no backout (unless you found a replacement)

respect the deadlines > if you go over, there will be an extra free of 50 cents for each extra day, for a max of seven (7) days; when the extra days are passed you’ll lose your item/s and there will be no refunds.

once shipped we’re not responsible for damage or lost mail

we can’t keep your item/s for more than 30 days (unless we decide together to wait); after the days are passed you’ll lose your item/s and there will be no refunds.

when we’ll ship your items we will tag you in our stories; if you have a traking number we will send it to you in dm

GO RULES

we do not advance money! so if the set it’s not full claimed we cannot secure it or, if it’s only ONE missing spot, and EVERY joiner agrees, we can split the cost and then raffle the pob among the joiners.

if the shop doesn’t guarantee a full set of members (like an ot8) we will do the sorting, following the form filling order, trying to give to everyone their claim(s)

keep in mind that the comeback season is very stressful (for goms, joiners and proxy) so please if something goes wrong or we have short deadlines don’t be rude

items can take a while to arrive to us so if you’re not patient don’t join our gos

when you want to buy something we will send to you photos/video of the item

once you claimed you have 24h for paying, if you dont pay in time you will lose your claim and you can’t claim it again
